The wine's acidity provides excellent balance, while its weight and freshness make it both lively and sophisticated. Aged in 40% new oak barrels adding delicate hints of spice without overshadowing the fruit. This wine benefits from decanting before serving and can be cellared for 5 to 10 years after bottling to further enhance its complexity.
