DELIVERY INFORMATION

We deliver throughout Cornwall and nationally, offering free delivery for orders over £99. Orders below this amount will incur a delivery charge.

UK MAINLAND
For UK Mainland (outside of Cornwall), the delivery charge is currently £8.99, which will be shown in your basket summary when placing an order. We use a 48-hour delivery service covering all of the UK (except Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man). Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. Orders are dispatched the next working day after being placed.

CORNWALL DELIVERY

For orders delivered within Cornwall, we offer a reduced rate of £6.99, using a 48-hour delivery service. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

At Old Chapel Cellars, we provide free local delivery within the TR1 postcode area, with no minimum order quantity or price. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.

EVERYWHERE ELSE

While we are generally unable to deliver to non-mainland UK destinations, we are happy to discuss specific requests—please contact us to explore your options.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, label intact and bottles are in a re-sellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if you opened something and simply didn’t enjoy it? Whether it’s faulty, or just not to your taste – we'll be happy to replace the bottle with a personalised alternative of the same value.

All goods should be examined at the time of delivery. Any breakages or shortages should be signed for accordingly. We must be advised within 24 hours of delivery of any such claim. Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. The carriage costs for returning any items will be met by the purchaser.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
