Are you doing tasting events ?

At Old Chapel Cellars we love nothing more than getting together and trying wine. We will be opening our doors to tasting events soon so keep an eye out on our website and social media for updates.

How much is delivery?

I would like to return some of the wine I have bought, is this possible?

Sure. All we ask for is following..

The bottle is unopened, labels are intact and fit for re-sale - and that you can show us proof of purchase.

What if you opened something and simply didn’t enjoy it? Whether it’s faulty, or just not to your taste – we'll be happy to replace the bottle with a personalised alternative of the same value.

I still haven't received my order?

Please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order. If you still haven't received your order after this time then get in contact with us.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.

Do you ship overseas?

In most instances we are unable to deliver to non-mainland UK destinations. However we will try to accommodate specific requests so please enquire to discuss options. 

Gifts

Can I send a gift message with my order?

Absolutely, if theres a specific product within the order that is being bought as a gift, you can fill out our gift note text box which will be displayed on the products page before adding it to your basket.

If you have gathered a collection of bottles for gifting then you can use the note box section supplied on the cart page page just before checkout.

We will hand write these notes and put them in with the order.

What packaging options do you offer?

To browse our gift packaging options please click here. We can also tissue wrap bottles on request. If you would like any bottles in your order gift wrapped please add it to the order note box which is supplied in the cart page just before checkout.
