Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red with an intense, broad bouquet containing ripe fruit, pepper, blueberry and herbal notes. Velvety, full and harmonious in the mouth.Grapes are harvested strictly by hand, selecting the bunches carefully and subjecting them to a traditional maceration of 10-12 days.

It was 1927 when Pasquale Mottura looked out over the vast stretches of vineyards he had gradually set up over the years and decided to give new life to the fruit of his work by founding one of the most important wineries on the Salento. Mottura has always set itself ambitious quality goals, convinced of the expressive power of native local grape varieties such as Primitivo and Negroamaro and committed to continuing ancient wine-making traditions .
