Tasting Notes: Domaine Montesquiou is a family estate in Jurancon, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees mountains. It is rooted in generations of determined winegrowers and today the estate is run by two brothers Fabrice and Sebastien who continue the loyal fight to reveal the quintessence of this unique terroir. The Amistat is the seductive spell of the fruit tonic, crunchy, balanced and delicious. Its balance of sweetness and liveliness, mixing yellow peach, apricot
and exotic fruits, makes it a seductive airy and mineral wine. Ageing is carried out in French oak barrels.
