Sourced from the finest vineyards in the Serra de Tramuntana, this wine is a true expression of its vintage. The organic grapes are carefully hand-selected to highlight the varietal balance and the unique terroir of this two-hectare estate. Crafted with patience and care, the grapes are de-stemmed and lightly crushed before undergoing fermentation at low temperatures for at least 30 days in stainless steel vats. The wine then rests on its lees without additives for five months before being gently filtered and bottled
