 Domaine Fournillon is a family-run estate nestled in the charming wine-producing hamlet of Bernouil, in the Tonnerrois region, home to “The Emperor’s Vine” – a 200-year-old pre-phylloxera Chardonnay vine. Spanning 23 hectares, the estate’s vineyards are spread across prime slopes in Fleys, Epineuil, and Bernouil, where the iconic Kimmeridgian soils impart their hallmark minerality to the wines.

Carefully aged in the estate’s cellars, these wines beautifully express the essence of Chablis – crisp and mineral-driven, with a generous depth, making them refined yet versatile companions for food.

Despite their exceptional quality, Domaine Fournillon remains a hidden gem, bottling less than 10% of their production. In today’s Burgundy, value like this is increasingly rare.
