Tasting Notes: This pale yellow wine offers an aromatic and intense nose, with delightful aromas of white flowers, elderberry, citrus fruits, and a hint of peach. On the palate, it delivers a beautiful balance of freshness and structure, with vibrant flavours of elderberry, almond, and lime. The Grenache adds roundness, while the exotic notes of Roussanne and Viognier bring a touch of richness. The wine finishes with a crisp, lemony freshness, leaving a refreshing and aromatic impression.
Wine Making: 15 year old vines are planted in mixed soils of clay, limestone and round pebbles. Grapes are mechanically harvested and vinification takes place in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks, with regular stirring of the lees. The wine is matured in tank on its lees.
