Tasting Notes: Top quality Champagne from an artisan, family run estate. After ageing for three years in the cellar, it pours a clear, deep old-gold hue. The nose opens with fresh, elegant aromas followed by enticing notes of ripe peach and apricot. On the palate, it strikes a refined balance between roundness and freshness, with vibrant flavours of apple and peach. The finish is long and delicately punctuated by hints of dried fruit, adding depth and sophistication.
