Tasting Notes: The colour is a superb pale yellow with bright hues. The nose is elegant, with aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruit especially grapefruit. The vineyards benefit from Mediterranean climatic conditions where nights are cooler than further inland.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or with oysters, sushi, mussels, grilled fish and asparagus.
