Tasting Notes: This is a mature wine, perfectly balanced between roundness and freshness. The 2016 vintage has a beautiful deep gold colour with fine and delicate bubbles. The nose is slightly buttery while the palate has a freshness of citrus fruits including grapefruit and lime as well as gooseberry. The finish is long and balanced with a lovely toasted note. 

Overall this Champagne is a result of nature and its elements, a tribute to the untamed and yet extraordinary vintage effect.
