Tasting Notes:  The Pinot Noir grapes are aged on the lees for 20 months, and the wine is a pale pink, almost salmon colour. On the nose, you can expect citrus peel and elegant floral violet aromas, with a background of sweet pastries thanks to the extended lees aging. On the palate, it is surprisingly fresh thanks to the well balanced acidity, with a finish of ripe red fruits.
