Tasting Notes:  This high altitude Vino Dulce is bright golden yellow, with an intense perfume of fresh tropical fruit (think pineapple, passionfruit and citrus) with floral aromas and a background of sweet pear compote. Smooth and sweet but not cloying, thanks to racing acidity. The grapes are grown at 750m above sea level and picked by hand at night to ensure the flavours and acidity are well preserved.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Pairs wonderfully with all kinds of fruit, as well as chocolate and jams.
