Tasting Notes: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, predominantly “one wine” barrels, this wine reveals a beautiful, deep garnet colour—intense and brilliant in the glass. The nose is immediately complex, offering vibrant aromas of black fruits, mint, and subtle hints of forest floor and spice. On the palate, it strikes a fine balance of freshness and roundness, where the structured cabernet blends seamlessly with the plush, inviting character of merlot. The tannins are powerful yet harmoniously integrated, lending a lasting finish that’s rich with layers of flavour.
