Tasting Notes: Chablis Vieilles Vignes comes from the oldest vines of Domaine Alexandre, aged 60 years - this Chablis is aged and vinified separately. It brings subtle fruity flavors that develop quickly.

The Estate: A family farm that has been passed down for 3 generations. Today, Guy and Olivier are at the head of a farm located on 13 hectares. The vines are located in the heart of the Chablis region and are worked with the greatest care and the yields remain voluntarily controlled in order to produce wines of great expression. 

Suggested food and wine pairing: Pair with trout en papillote, chicken in sauce and traditional Burgundian fondues.
