Tasting Notes: Picpoul is Southern France's alternative white wine to the Muscadet of the Loire. Picpoul has a lively little prickle in the mouth but with zesty citrus fruit - a real palate awakener.

The Picpoul de Pinet from Chateau de la Mirande is organic (although not officially certified) and we think the finest example of Picpoul de Pinet around.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Oysters and shellfish is the classic pairing as enjoyed in Southern France but goes well with all seafood.
