Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red fruits - raspberries and plums. Delicate chocolate and vanilla notes from the oak. Good structure and velvety tannin's give a long, elegant finish.

Ageing process: 8 months in new oak barrels (70% French and 30% American)
