Château Grange Cochard is a family-run estate dedicated to respecting both the terroir and the environment, and is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming. Nestled on the granitic and schistose slopes of the Morgon appellation in the heart of Beaujolais, the estate has been producing wines since the 18th century. Every bottle is crafted exclusively from grapes grown on their own vineyards, with all work done by hand just a few hundred metres from the Château itself.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Roast duck, grilled lamb chops.
