This fruity, complex gin is based on the distilleries original dry Padstow Cornish Gin recipe, made from 100% local Cornish barley and infused with cranberry, orange zest and a heady spice combination of cinnamon bark, cloves & star anise. They then bottle this unfiltered for maximum flavour.

This makes the most warming fruity gin and tonic and the most sumptuous Negroni, or can be sipped over ice for an indulgent after-dinner treat.
