Tasting Notes: White fruits aromas like white peach and citrus fruits. Good minerality and an intense freshness. A lot of roundness. The cellar potential for this wine 3-4 years to preserve the fruity of the Sauvignon and the character of the terroir.

In 2014, Roger Champault was awarded a certification of excellence HVE (High-Value Environment) which is only granted to winery who are respectful of the environment, planting and treatment of vines. Respect for the "terroir" and making sure the vines are in optimum condition all year round, are the key to what make their wine making success.
