Tasting Notes: The grapes for this wine come from a single parcel called Les Doues in the higher area of Mercurey. An easy-going Burgundy perfect for an aperitif or with a light starter. Ideally should be drunk within 3-5 years of bottling to retain it’s fresh, fruitiness.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Roast chicken or turkey with herbs and lemon.
