Tasting Notes: A beautiful garnet red in the glass, this wine offers a complex and refined nose, layered with aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is rich and fruit-driven, complemented by delicate notes of liquorice. The silky tannins provide a smooth structure, while a vibrant freshness enhances its precision and elegance, making for a beautifully balanced and expressive wine.

The entire AOP (PDO) area nestles in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park.
Here, the vines grow in sandy-clay soil at an altitude of 350 metres. The surrounding mountains create a nice range of temperatures which helps concentrate the colouring matter in the grapes, while preserving the wine’s “bite”.
