Introducing you to new varieties, styles and regions. It’s as simple as selecting your preferred style of wine and how often you want it… we’ll do the rest! With each case you will get tasting notes and information about where the wine is produced as all our wines are sourced from small, independent vineyards.
You have full control of your wine subscription in your account so you can edit upcoming order dates, change the case size and even add extra wine to your upcoming order!

How can I manage my subscription?
If you haven't already, you will need to create an account with us, this way you can manage your subscription inside your account. To create an account head to 'account' next to our cart icon and click create account.
Once you have created an account and placed your first subscirption wine order you will see the button 'manage subscriptions' inside your account. It's here you'll be able to edit your subscription, update billing information, or see your purchase history.
When can I expect my wine?
All orders are sent out from Monday to Thursday on a next day delivery service. This is to avoid your wines sitting in a warehouse over the weekend and potentially getting damaged. We aim to send out your subscription case on the same day as your charge date, If this date falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will send out your wines the following Monday. Remember, you can select your preferred charge date in your account, this way you can be sure you're getting your wines in time for any special occasions.
Please note this only applies to standard shipping rates. Local deliveries will usually be made within 24 hours of a business working day from the charge date.
How do I change how often my wine is delivered?
In your account, navigate to manage subscriptions, then click delivery schedule. Choose how often you would like your wine delivered and a new charge date will appear.
Can I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime, simply log into your account and navigate to 'manage subscriptions'. Scroll down to find 'cancel subscription' on the left hand side of the page. We ask that you cancel your subscription no later than 3 days before your next charge date as we will start to prepare your order prior to the charge date.
I need my subscription case now!
No problem, head to your account and click 'order now' above 'skip shipment'.
How do I add extra products to my next subscription delivery?
In your account, navigate to 'manage subscriptions' then click add products. Here you can search for the wines you want to add and it will automatically add the products to your next scheduled delivery date.
Can I add an order/delivery note to my upcoming subscription?
Sure, please email us any information you would like us to know prior to your scheduled charge date.
