Tasting Notes: Intense and clean granite colour. Bouquet of plentiful ripe black fruit (blackberries and currant), completed with spiced nuances and elegant notes from the barrel ageing. Powerful and structured in your mouth, where there is a perfect assembly between barrel and fruit.

Ageing in barrel: 16 months in American and French oak barrels.

Suggested food and wine pairing: Garnacha wines can handle the heat and spice of dishes like spicy Mexican cuisine, Indian curries, or Sichuan-style stir-fries. The wine's fruitiness and moderate tannins can help balance and cool down the spice while adding a layer of complexity.

Great on the nose with plenty of red fruit. The amount of oak is just right and it was so good we rang up the next day and bought all the bottles left on the shelf!
