Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced- I could not recommend this shop enough. Popped in late this afternoon 7th Dec and was served by two really lovely members of staff. From the moment I walked in they were so genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. I was buying Christmas presents and they made the whole experience just perfect, I’ll definitely be back. We need more local shops with more great staff like this in Truro!

Last week Old Chapel Cellars hosted us for a Wine Tasting Experience! The hosts Meg and Emily were super welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and they created a really fun atmosphere! I had fantastic feedback from the women that came along, and we already want to book in for another!
