As "Volage" as can be...

...and that is a compliment, The Cabernet Franc majority of this wine makes it very light, very soft with a lot of ripe strawberries and raspberries, a zest of herbs and a light floral note, Light and mellow tannins, I liked it for a more structured aperitif or in accompaniment of lamb, beef or venison grilled on the barbecue, perfect with a good ratatouille or steamed mixed vegetables (to my taste), I very much like it :p
