Tasting Notes: Deep tawny hue with an aroma characteristic of dried fruits but also with noticeable floral and ripe fruit aromas (orange flower). It has a delicate style, balancing freshness and dryness. With good acidity and lightness, and a well balanced finish.

Suggested food and wine pairing: With dried fruit tarts, crème caramel or even chocolate ice cream. Also with hard cheeses like Parmesan.
