Tasting Notes: A rich and easy going style with great balance and depth of fruit. This Bourgogne Blanc is a nice balance of ripe fruit and savoury oak with aromas of yellow apples and toasted coconut shavings. Gaëlle and Jérôme Meunier are based in the village of Barizey, 5 miles from Mercurey.

Suggested food and wine pairing: White Burgundy pairs beautifully with various seafood dishes. Try it with grilled or roasted fish, such as sea bass or trout.
